All payments due 30 days from the date of invoice. If you need, or want, to make payments in monthly installments, there will be a 2 percent finance charge of the unpaid balance per month.

Having had the unfortunate experience of a few clients giving me the dine and ditch treatment, I now require all new clients to show a good faith payment of 1/3 the quote before I will proceed with the job.
