All files are saved on two separate backup drives for five years. That way you can be assured your files will not be lost, misplaced or deleted. Files are saved for five years to ensure if you want to reuse the same project in the future, the cost will be minimized substantially.

At any time you wish to have the saved artwork given to you, that is not a problem. You paid for the files, I am just keeping your artwork in a safe place until later needed.

Some clients ask if I can provide their artwork in file formats I do not have available. All graphics are created with high end, industry standard programs. If you do not have industry standard programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign, it is likely I cannot provide you with the artwork in a usable file format.

If you provide material and do not want it back; such as printed photos, samples, disks, documents, etc, I most likely will not keep those as I archive everything digitally.
